At Kaiger, we carefully pack and ship every order to ensure your dressings, marinades, and shrubs arrive fresh and ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (If you’d like us to ship internationally, please contact us before placing an order.)

  • Delivery times vary depending on the carrier but typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products are perishable, we may adjust shipping methods during hot weather to ensure quality upon arrival. We recommend retrieving packages promptly after delivery.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kaiger is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Kaiger is not liable for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
