Return & Refund Policy

At Kaiger, we take pride in crafting our dressings, marinades, and shrubs with care, using only clean and wholesome ingredients. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we want you to love every product you receive.

Returns

Because our products are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns once they have left our facility. Please double-check your order before completing checkout.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at kaigerco@gmail.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can quickly make it right. We’ll gladly issue a refund or send a replacement product.

Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or handling

  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Change of mind after purchase
